Domains

AI is rewriting software. Web3 is rewriting money. We build where they collide.

From agent infrastructure to restaking, and everything where the two meet. Pick a domain to see what we build and the technology behind it.

AI

Anyone can call a model. We make it right, fast and cheap enough to trust.

Agents, retrieval and decision systems that run in production, measured from the first build.

In motion

Diagrams sit still. Our systems don't.

A production AI agent

An input guard at the edge, an agent that loops plan, act, observe under a budget, retrieval and tools behind scoped gateways, a verifier before anything reaches the user, and a person for low-confidence answers. Every step is traced and evaluated.

An exchange with on-chain settlement

Pre-trade risk, one global sequence, in-memory matching and an append-only event log that drives market data and a double-entry ledger. Fills settle on-chain in netted batches through a private relay, reconciled against the chain.

Every engagement is led by a senior person who owns the outcome. Around them is a bench of specialists across engineering, AI, Web3, design, growth, partnerships and sales, staffed to the programme.

Leadership to leadership. Team to team.

A named lead is accountable for your engagement. Status arrives every week against the plan, with evidence you can check: builds, dashboards or pipeline data. Your leadership reviews progress with ours, your team works with ours day to day, and anything that needs a decision has an agreed path.

  1. Step 1

    Intake & context

Before any design work, we go through your vision, roadmap, documentation, codebase, constraints and business objectives.

  2. Step 2

    Discovery & architecture

Research, system design and protocol modelling, plus planning for security and the AI and data layers.

  3. Step 3

    Execution

Code-first delivery against weekly milestones. You hear from us continuously and can watch progress live.

  4. Step 4

    QA, security & launch

Testing, audit preparation, deployment and a production handover your team can run from.

  5. Step 5

    Run, support & scale

After launch we stay on: monitoring, incident response, upgrades, performance and cost tuning, and the next features. For AI systems, evaluations rerun on every model or data change.

Shown for an engineering build. Strategy, growth and BD and sales engagements follow the same shape, including the support after launch.

Refusals

on every engagement

Four lines we don't cross.

  1. Engineering

We don't hand projects to junior-only teams.

Senior engineers lead, design and build every engagement, and stay on it through launch and after.

  2. Product & Tokenomics

We won't recommend a token just for the sake of having one.

We start from the business. If a token, a chain or a DAO doesn't serve your model, our recommendation will say so.

  3. Growth & Marketing

We don't use bots, fake followers or bought engagement.

Every number we report is real. Fake metrics damage your standing with exchanges, investors and users, so we never use them.

  4. BD, Sales & Partnerships

We don't guarantee listings or make pay-to-play promises.

Nobody credible can guarantee a listing. We get you ready, open the right conversations and represent you honestly.
